Wells-Ogunquit Resort Motel & Cottages

Overall a positive stay. AC was very noisy which made it hard to sleep.

Clean rooms, cute place to stay.

Breakfast provided offered very little in the way of protein. No eggs, no bacon no sausage, only yogurt. Muffins and carbohydrates are plenty. The lobby had a strange odor to it. Rooms didn’t smell good. The air conditioner in our unit was making strange noises. Pictures that are displayed for the property lead you to believe that it’s very close to the ocean and it is not.

Room was good, staff was friendly. Breakfast is not what it was a few years ago. It no longer includes any hot foods and is primarily muffins, yogurt and cereal.

Clean, great location just outside of the main part of town. Quiet. Nothing!

Had a good time but it wasn’t anything to brag about. They give you a number to text for room service and I did and they told me 3x they’d bring towels to our room and I even saw them outside and politely asked, they said “give me 20min and I’ll bring them right over”, I said perfect no rush I just need them for when we return from our day. After the 3rd ask the lady who was sitting in the front delivered them herself trying to tell me they were in a bag on the chair outside the whole time. However we had JUST returned from our day out and there was very visibly no towels on the chair by the door. I wasn’t upset but why try to lie?

It is conveniently located. The room was very damp and smelled like mildew. Towels did not dry at all. The staff did not refresh towels even though we did ask them to one of the days we were there.

The property was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are small but worked well for what we needed. The front office hours are very limited but they do say they will accommodate late check-ins as long as you make arrangements in advance.

Location No water view like shown in advertisement for motel. The complimentary breakfast was weak. The pool was NOT heated like advertised. The AC unit hardly worked. It was way over priced for what they offered. False advertising.

It was a good location about half way between Ogunquit and Wells.

The hotel itself was great. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The hotel itself was great, but the breakfast could be improved. There were plenty of breads, cakes, and carbohydrates, but almost no protein options. Simply adding scrambled or boiled eggs, or even cold cuts and cheese, would make the breakfast much more balanced and enjoyable for guests.

Beautiful place to stay! And walking distance to sea salt fry company for an excellent meal!

Very clean- the bedding is super fresh and clean! Pool is nice. Close enough to town but quiet.
