Hotel Warner

My main complaint is that I left a button down shirt in the closet and now they "can't locate it". I mean, I checked in, ironed it, put it in the closet, and forgot about it. I realized 20 min after I checked out, called the front desk, they told me they'd grab it, email me, and mail it to me. I waited 2 days. No response. Called and I went over the story, gave my email again, the guy assured me that no one would steal it. 2 more days. Nothing. Called again. Still no dice. I know, I left it there. But man, I called them 20 min after I left, just thought the front desk guy would grab it before one of their staff "couldn't locate it".

Very much enjoyed our stay. Fantastic location. We were lucky enough to get a top floor/corner room that had double the windows. The natural light was so refreshing in a hotel room. Wish we knew about the fridge. It was hidden with the cabinetry. Discovered that on the way out. The parking garage fee is a little much ($25/night) but the garage across the street was only $5 and free on Sundays!

Loved the history in the building and it was clean and quite and a great price.

Pool is super small but lots of fun . Rooms big and staff was great . Location was perfect with street nearby shut down and dining outside . Parking was full so we had to park at lot done the block which wasn’t ideal but fine. Would stay again .

Great location. Excellent facilities- Gym, Pool, indoor parking, bar w/ out door patio. Great breakfast. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. No issues for any part of my 3-day stay.

Great location to great downtown restaurants and shops. The room (#301) was very plain and dated. The bathroom sink was cracked and the walk-in shower had no safety grab bars. That was very dangerous!
