I checked my email and found a message stating that if they were unable to contact me, I would receive a full refund. This happened on June 12, and as of today June 22, I still have not received my refund. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the hotel must first confirm the refund before it can be processed. This is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and delay in issuing a refund for a hotel that was closed upon arrival have been extremely frustrating. This has been a terrible experience, and it will be the last time I book a hotel through Expedia.

Disappointed. Nice owner but very poor quality hotel. The ironing board did not have a cover. It was just the metal frame. The iron didn’t work & the base of the iron that would allow it to safely standup while it’s hot was broken so it couldn’t safely stand. To me that is a very dangerous situation for a hotel guest. The iron never got hot, nor warm. They did not have coffee ready in the morning & when I asked for some to be made she said they ran out. Yet 10 minutes later I saw her making coffee. Another guest told me they believed she kept remaking decaf, but I honestly couldn’t confirm either way. So, I suspect she didn’t speak English & therefore didn’t understand my question, yet she was the only one working in the kitchenette area. They did have brown paper bags with a banana, muffin & juice on a shelf but it was not at all clear they were intended for hotel guests. If it wasn’t for another guest telling me, I wouldn’t have known we could take a bag. The queen bed room was clean, but small. The bathroom was clean. The A/C worked. Plenty of parking. But overall the hotel is a 2 out of 5 stars. It is located in a safe area near a college campus. I have stayed in this exact brand of hotel throughout the US & this was the only one that felt like it was not a well maintained hotel. I expected the basics & unfortunately the basics are not provided. I couldn’t even iron my dress for the college ceremony nor grab a nice cup of coffee on my way out.

When we arrived, there was a yellow “Condemned” sign pasted to the door. The place had been shut down by health inspectors two days earlier, and yet, we got an email with a reservation confirmation just three hours before the allotted check-in time! The fact that Expedia is asking me to be write this review when I was literally unable to check in, shows a completely unprofessional processing system! There is no excuse for letting a customer drive to a hotel location and find no one on the premises. There should have been at least an email explaining a problem days before letting us travel there! It’s still unclear if my credit card was charged.

Pretty run down place and breakfast in a bag with coffee lids that didn't fit.
-
Staff was excellent. Vending machines were all empty and cash only. No water bottles or coffee in the rooms.
-
Decent motel. Check in was easy, friendly staff. Room was clean, the toilet ran, needed to shake the handle several times for it to stop. Could use some updating.
-
The price was great, but it is in a industry park.

Great spot! Close to everything. Staff was super nice!!!! Beds comfortable and they had cute window benches. Price was right. The vending machines had hardly anything in them. Definitely could have used bottled water. Facility can use an upgrade. Breakfast room was small.

I booked 2 rooms. I was in room 210 and my sister was assigned room 206. My sister arrived 30 minutes after me. She ess assigned a totally different room, and was on thw first floor. Spanish guy not friendly at all. No name tags on employees so we don't know their names. I asked the Spanish guy for an extra blanket the first night I was there. Didn't say anything to me, no greeting, small talk, etc. My daughter was with me and he didn't even ask her if she needed an extra blanket. By far the worse hotel ever!!!
