Saw mold on bathroom ceiling/walls

Staff call out to both Brian and the evening desk clerk. There were a couple of glitches while I was a guest but they went above and beyond to help mitigate. Also my room was spotless, even in the corners. The AC in the gym was broken during the week, I didn’t get my room cleaned when I had requested.

The manager Brian was very accommodating. The breakfast was super satisfying. Evety morning I could find my favorites being served. My family and I was pleased. So no complaints.

The room was spacious and had all the amenities I would expect. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The shower had good heat and water pressure and I liked the large shower head. There were enough accessible power outlets for my needs. The lighting was good. The TV was not (to my knowledge) HDR-capable, but it was a functional smart TV with options to sign into streaming services—I also appreciated that it had an automated sleep timer. The breakfast options were minimal but it was hot, on time, and the staff were very kind—they always checked that those in the dining area had what they needed before beginning closing procedures. There was nothing negative that especially stood out. I suppose I would have liked a third body towel provided, as three sets of hand towels and wash clothes were provided but only two body towels—but I also could have asked for an extra at any time. It certainly did not affect my perception of the hotel.

We had to make an unscheduled reservation and the hotel worked very well and for a reasonable price. We reserved 2 rooms at the First floor and 4th floor. The 1st floor room wasn't good as the other and the corridor had a musty smell. The breakfast wasn't good also.

Bathroom was extremely clean and was able to relax, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the pool was nice and heated.

The room was horribly humid the whole 2 day stay. They don't refresh towels and linens at all, we had to ask for them at the desk. The carpet in the room was sticky and nasty to walk on and should be replaced. The staff were nice, but should have cracked down on the screaming kids running around the halls.
