Bathroom needs updated

The room was beautiful, clean (shower could use a scrub & loose/broken tiles on bathroom floor) but it got the job done. The staff were friendly and informative. The pool was not enjoyable as the water was ice cold. The breakfast had plenty of options, yogurt with add ins, waffles, biscuits & gravy, bagels, cereal, fresh fruits, eggs, and sausage. But to MY taste buds it was a 0/5 on flavor. I found that less important to me as I don't mind grabbing something on the go. My biggest complaint was we got a knock on our door at 8:05am asking if we planned to check out. No, that's not necessarily early but we were enjoying our morning slowly with no time line of the day & had small children with us still in bed. Check out said before noon & breakfast goes until 9:30 or 10. I was confused why we were bothered so early.

Scones Should not be a Staybridge. Inadequate AC. Broken latch on bathroom door. No tub stopper. Tub needed caulking. Past the door and the cosmetic redo, the room was cramped, overpriced, and substandard for a Staybridge. Their status should be stripped. Ownership treats it as a cash cow without providing a complete makeover down to the studs. I would never stay there again. Their charge for a two night stay was the equivalent of a three night stay at a superb Staybridge.

Hot tub was way too hot, pool was cold. Bath tub had holes in it, needs some fixing

A bit older but everything worked. Rooms could have been a bit cleaner, breakfast and happy hour were great tho

Claire, the front desk attendant, was great. Such a warm welcome upon our arrival. Very concerned about making sure we were comfortable.

Loved the room. I would definitely recommend this Hotel. We have family in the area, so we will be back.

Bugs in the rooms. Ants and black little bugs. Breakfast was empty at 9am and Noone restocked. We did not even get to eat. They just started putting things away instead of restocking, there were a lot of people. The pool and hot tub were down and the workout room was down.

Friendly Staff, Clean and Comfortable Place to Stay. Will stay there again, when in town!
