The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. There wasn’t much I disliked. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. A little more variety at breakfast would have made the experience even better.

We were in town for the AAU Junior Olympic games which my kid was competing in and we had to stay for the week. The price was affordable and the pictures of the room looked nice. We thought this would be good for us to live for the week. We were wrong. Our flight arrived late and by the time we got to baggage claim, got the rental, and got to the hotel it was after midnight. The front desk is closed at night so you have to call on the phone to get someone to come down to the front desk. So it seems like the staff might live there. She came down after about 5 minutes to help us and get us checked in. She was nice but she smelled of cigarettes. As a matter of fact that will become a reaccuring theme. She gave us some extra linen as I was thinking about sleeping on the pull out couch. When we got to the room the stench of cigarette smoke hit us as soon as we opened the door. We were in a non smoking room. The next day I went out and got some cleaning products to wipe down things and spray because of the smell. Front desk lady told us the cleaning crew comes ever 14 days and you have to take out our own garbage. WOW! Even after spraying every day the cigarette smell came back. I think it was coming through the A/C from outside where staff and residents gather to smoke I guess. Smelling like a smoke shop every day when I with my kid going to a kid sporting event was awful. The room was spacious. Parking was good. But everything else was bad. Floors had a film so did the bedding.

The room they gave us had hair all over it (including in the sheets). They gave us a second room that was also dirty and covered in hair. When I came to the from desk with my issue the lady made me wait there for her to go to the bathroom and pick up the mess of things that she had just knocked down. We waited in the lobby for a total of 45 minutes. I asked the front desk staff (lady with pink hair) for a refund for a dirty room. She told me that she couldn’t do it, and started crying. She told me that they couldn’t reverse the transaction or help me in any way. She then called me on the room phone to tell me that her manager would be there soon if I “had a problem with her”. When I spoke with the manager she was very kind and told me that it was no problem to get a refund, and issued it very quickly. Not sure what the lady with the pink hairs problem is, but she is just awful!

Nothing! 1) seems more like a flop house than hotel 2) signs about pests, scanning bed sheets for stains, and random room checks. 3) check in person seemed happy but very scattered. Would guess that she was on "something " 4) I was given 2 different room numbers which I didn't notice until the 1st room didn't work. Went to 2nd room, which was OCCUPIED! 5) Lobby smelled like weed. Hallway smelled like a zoo. 6) after all of this, I did not feel comfortable/felt unsafe staying here. I was told that "there are no refunds for any reason whatsoever". I did not stay! I would literally rather sleep in my car than stay at this place. Most definitely not a place for families or children.
