מאוד קרוב לתחנת רכבת, זה פלוס להתנייד גם למרכז טוקיו, אוכל מצויין בבוקר, שירות מעולה.. חדרים נקיים.

Location was perfect. Food and shops nearby. Easy access to trains and buses. Very key was short walk back to hotel from stations after very long days was the best thing. Hate to give such a great review and want to keep this gem my little secret. Will definitely book this hotel next time as long as the value is there. Onsite laundry was such a game changer. Can’t say enough about this place. 5 stars 10 out of 10. I wish my room was a little bigger especially for two adults and child. We had a queen room and sofa bed but the room felt small compared to my other family room which also had a queen and sofa bed. Also the sofa bed did not have any extra pillows or sheets or blanket. Even though I could have ask, just didn’t bother because we had an extra blanket of our own. I mean if a room is meant for three people, you would think they would have bedding enough for three people.

Rooms were small

Hotel was close to the train station, had laundry area, many convenience stores and shopping areas around. Room was a decent size. A bit costly, but worth it.
-
Close to station and late night food available. No Prosecco for sale.

The location was excellent, right next to Kawasaki Station. The staff were polite, allowed us to check in early, changed our room without any hassle when we reported problems, and always delivered requested items promptly. The room had extremely high humidity, poor bathroom ventilation, and no towel drying rack, so towels stayed wet for a long time. Communication was difficult because almost no staff spoke English. The laundry payment policy was also inconvenient, as they did not allow payment by card or room charge. Overall, the room conditions and service did not meet the standard expected from a 5-star hotel.

Amazing hotel nestled away and walking distance to the heart of the downtown district. Amazing staff and exceptional service. Perhaps the location is hard for taxi to locate and find, but honestly once you arrive it's great.

Nice and clean hotel.

Cleanliness of the facility None

Aside from its location and well-designed rooms, hotel staff members are attentive and well trained. HVAC is centrally controlled, and you cannot change room temperature though the is a combo air purifier/humidifier

Staff were fast and professional every interaction. The location at the station is convenient. The room had nice finishes and the installation was also quite good (no sloppy caulking). Even more, the room was well thought out with storage space and functioned well. The air conditioning thermostat was functional and not just for show. Multiple pillow types. The breakfast had a good variety of Japanese and western dishes. Tables were promptly cleaned when guests were finished. No (or maybe one person) wait for the espresso machine. Just to be picky, unable to open the room window for fresh air.

Relatively new and clean The drop off and pick up in Level 1 which is the parking garage didn’t give a clear and safe feeling.
-
I’d say the only thing I didn’t like was that they only had one dumbbell in the gym other than that it was a fantastic stay.
-
Close to my office and train station. Very respectful staff They have no flexibility for late check out, they charge. No loyalty in spite of 5th time staying there. They have removed washing facilities

The location was great. The distance from the airport. Different shopping areas and train access. Convenient and clean. The staff were very professional and willing to help.

The location is very conveniently connected to Kawasaki Station (only 1 station away from Shinagawa - which is a Shinkansen Stop). There is a overbridge directly connected to hotel so no need to cross even 1 road to reach the hotel. The hotel staff is by far the BEST I have ever experienced in my entire travel history till date. If there was an option to give 11/10 rating I would have selected it for the staff of this hotel. The staff response is a masterclass in hospitality. Would consider booking the same hotel every time I visit this place. The room size is pretty good and the extra sofa-cum bed was an advantage. There is 24 hours open Convenience Store just opposite the hotel. There is a major shopping market just adjacent to the hotel. 1. Early check in not provided (inspite of being less than 2 hours early). World wide (Atleast here in UAE, if rooms are available 7early checkin is provided as typically the guest arrive after travelling long distances and not all flights and trains arrive at checkin time). 2. Again the same story at breakfast (like other hotels) - No options of Indian Vegetarians. One has to survive with breads and butter. Thankfully we eat eggs so managed through scrambled eggs, Omlettes. The hotel should consider having 1 or 2 Indian Vegetarian options in there "International Menu".
