Great stay room was clean staff was nice, breakfast was good

The hotel was nicely maintained, breakfast was good with lots of options. Parking was additional charge.

Walked into the room and noticed an odor of perspiration. The desk chair was filthy and the arms of the chair were at mis- matched heights. the wall below the counter where the desk chair was had dirt rubs, shoe prints and filth. There were food crumbs on the carpet, and couch. When I pulled back the bedding it revealed sheets that had stains either in the sheet or on the mattress cover below. The pillows were almost non-existent they were so light. This is a pet friendly place so the carpet has noticeable pets stains. Over all my take is that the Hilton Home2 brand is the Motel 6 of Residence style rooms, this was uncomfortable due to poor sanitation. Staff seemed ok, breakfast was okay but left some to be desired, The parking situation required a fee. I hate that parking is a extra rip off fee. don't you? That fee was with no indication that this covered security if any. it seemed to be just extra cost because they can... kind of like the $3.00 16.9 oz water bottles they leave on the counter. I suggest to pass this one up.

The sink under my bathroom was leaking. I leave so early. I didn’t get to tell the manager. I saw it last night. It’s room 405 overall my experience was great. I had a wonderful four days. I will do it again. Please let everyone know we have to pay for parking coming from another state. It was new to me..

Hotel staff were very friendly upon check in and late night as well. Hotel was very clean.

The room was incredibly comfortable with all the amenities I could hope for. I was sad that it was only a single night stay for me and I didn't get to make use of its full functionality. It's not a fair judgement given what it is, but the breakfast option was pretty lack luster. More a source of calories than an enjoyable meal. I like the function of registering my vehicle, I just was frustrated with not having the internet connection I needed at the front desk to do it there.

Close ballpark The extra charge for parking is absurd. Staff weren’t very friendly. Very noisy. Pillows were miserable.
-
Very clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable! Staff is exceptional. Great breakfast offerings. Pool was refreshing after a hot afternoon at the ballgame! Absolutely no complaints, although lamp switches were a little confusing but it was probably our fault. (Think they were on timer to go off with lack of motion )

Passable

The room definitely needs a deep clean or renovations. The top bed spread had stains and a burn mark. It's a non smoking room but the burn mark was a small hole the size of a cigarette. I took pictures, told the front desk and was told a manager would reach out. It's been almost a week. The breakfast was decent. The waffle mix was the best part. There was no plasticware, only metal. Not a preference I would have chosen. The floor and walls were dingy. I don't walk barefoot in ANY hotel, and definitely wasn't risking h3p@titis of any sort in one of those rooms. Also, parking was through a third-party, that's different from any property I have ever stayed at. I would not stay at that property, or possibly any Home2Suites after that experience.

Great hotel. Centrally located. Clean and the breakfast was really good. Overall, a great hotel.
-
One night stay close to the ballpark. Staff upon arrival was rude at best. The overnight staff was nice and helped me with extra bedding. The morning staff was nowhere to be found so I wasn’t able to checkout, just left my key at the front desk. Everything else was fine. I would stay again for a game.
-
Room was just OK. Bathroom was not the cleanest. Shower had mold. Ants around the door and toilet. TV outdated, could not watch Netflix or anything normally on a smartv. Breakfast was bland, no variety. Parking was $15 per day! Never experienced that before at a home2 suites. Was very upset about that because it was not disclosed on their website or any of our booking info. Staff was at least helpful and sympathetic but can’t do much.

The staff were super helpful. Even provided pack and play for us.

This hotel is very run down it needs many upgrades. You have to pay for parking and the breakfast wasn’t what they advertised. Wouldn’t stay here again. It’s right next to the homeless camps. Very sketchy area
