Felt comfortable staying in the hotel. Very welcoming and enjoyed Bingo as well as Breakfast. We also loved being in Weymouth and was able to enjoy other sites via bus. Got hot overnight and not accessible for those who struggle or unable to use steps at the front of the hotel.

Excellent location. Staff very helpful and polite. Lovely superior room with balcony. Breakfast good - part self service and main brought to table. Shame there are no parking facilities as nearest car park some considerable walk away. Appreciate that hotel concentrates mainly on coach bookings so you have to be lucky to get a room here.

It was opposite beach. Some of staff were unhelpful. When I arrived I was told the dining room was full for dinner. I wasn't given any recommendations of where to eat, so I had to look myself. The next morning when I went for breakfast I sat next to a lovely couple who said that the seat i was at had been unoccupied since they arrived, when I went to reception and asked about it they again said the dining room was full. So again I had to look for somewhere yo eat. I was a lonely traveller and was hoping to be able to have dinner in the hotel. But somehow when I returned to the hotel I was told they may be able to make room for me, I said I had already made a reservation at a restaurant. I was really upset and angry they could make sure I has a table for breakfast but not for dinner.i will not be staying there again. The only staff that were helpful were the bar, the receptionist on Tuesday evening and in the restaurant.

The position of the property so near to town and beach also the friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you such a lovely place It’s hard to park as there is no car park to the hotel.
