The house's view exceeded expectations, the room amenities are new, and everything is satisfactory! It would be great if there was a bathroom scale available, I need to weigh my luggage when I check out.

Location was amazing. Fabulous views, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, BBQ outdoor eating and lounging areas. Responsive hosts replied promptly to queries and offered help when needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was an expensive property and we had asked about what was provided in the house before we arrived, specifically mentioning tea, coffee, oil, salt, pepper and spices etc as we planned to cook some meals. We were told a basic starter pack was provided and we would need to replenish at our own cost from the IGA. No problem as we were only staying 4 nights except there was no tea, no coffee/ coffee pods, no milk or butter, no herbs or spices and no olive oil. If we had been given the correct information we could have brought some of these items with us. We did get an apology for the miscommunication but it was quite frustrating. We also had trouble with the complex airconditioning which had different zones and no manual. It was also preset to cut out about 9am each day but no one seemed to know that. Again we received help when we asked for it but a simple manual or instruction sheet would have made it all easy!

The facilities were excellent, accommodation spacious, everything you needed. There were extra items like high chair, floaties, buckets and spades for the kids, kitchen items like cleaning products available. The location was perfect with amazing views of the ocean and Whitsunday Island!

we have stayed at multiple La Bella Waters and they are all spot on. one of the best places to stay on the island.

spacious, well equipped. beds were comfortable, the view was 10 out of 10 and buggy of excellent standard. nothing - it was perfect

great location, awesome view, super spacious, everything we needed and more! pullout beds, cots, high chairs, car seat. Even some laundry powder for us to use which was an awesome extra with three messy kids constantly wearing their food! some pool and beach toys for the kids to play with too! condiments in the cupboard. the only downfall was the dryer didn’t work BUT weather was perfect the whole time so we didn’t need to use it anyway.

very comfortable home, beds were so comfortable you need better tea towels , the ones there are so useless, its hard to leave your lovely crockery and cutlery clean. cleaners need to clean under beds, there were wrappers from personal items in main bed room. there is a green mould that grows on the door of main bathroom shower, that i cleaned but this apartment is stunning
