Location. ALL THESE THINGS WERE ADVERTISED ON THE BOOKING.COM WEBSITE. HOWEVER WE FOUND A DRY SWIMMING POOL, ICE MACHINE OUT OF ORDER, LAUNDRY OUT OF ORDER, NO REFRIGERATOR IN ROOM, NO HAIR DRYER, NO SHAMPOO, NO TISSUES IN DISPENSER, DID NOT MAKE UP THE ROOM BETWEEN NIGHTS. THE ROOM WAS PRE-PAID FOR TWO NIGHTS. UPON CHECKING OUT OUR RECEIPT FROM THE HOTEL SHOWED WE WERE DOUBLE BILLED. HAD TO ARGUE THE POINT WITH A PERSON WHO DIDN'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH VERY WELL. HAVE TO CONTACT OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO FOLLOW UP.

I was disappointed that talking to the Front Desk person was only through a Window as I had to stand outside it. There was no water hookup to the handheld shower and then I had to take a bath, I couldn't get electrical power to the hairdryer.
