Great hotel

The room wasn’t very clean. You’re basically paying for the view and convenience to boardwalk. If you’re not planning to spend majority of your time in the room and just need a place to rest and shower it’s the perfect stay! If you’re looking for cleanliness and quality amenities, this is not the place. Overall I rate my stay for the room as okay but the convenience to everything as excellent.

Overall not a bad place by any means. The rooms are clean and the amenities are nice. But one thing stood out above all and that was the bartender we met while we were staying here. All I have to say is Tony the bartender made our trip. I promise you, that I have experienced many wonderful hotels and motels and dont get me wrong this place is nice but nothing to be wowed about. Tony the bartender truly made our trip and made us feel at home. His recommendations and hospitality was the most sincere and helpful thing that me and my girlfriend have ever experienced. If your on the edge of staying here, do it just for Tony. Will be coming back with more friends just to visit Tony!

The website listed parking but I was on a separate dirt lot a block away

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beds were comfy and the room was very clean. Easy commute to the boardwalk and beach access! Would stay again!

Terrible. The rooms don't match the pictures shown on the booking site. The rooms are small. There was a thunderstorm and the lower level of the property flooded. Stepped off the elevator into an inch of water IN THE HOTEL. Room wasn't ready upon arrive, told us they would call when ready, they never did, went back ourselves an HOUR later only to be told it's ready now. Not a call, not even an apology. Then on our second day, housekeeping stole an item from my wife's bag. Noticed it missing when we got back from the beach. Place is shady as all hell. . Also, the fire alarms went off multiple times a day the whole trip. No clue what that was about but the local fire department definitely got tired of coming back. Place sucks. And for the amount of money they want, YIKES. Don't let the pool fool you, that's probably the ONLY thing that DECENT there. Stay the next block over. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

The room was clean when we got there, but all that was done after that was replace the towels, which was nice. The floors were never swept during our stay, there was visible sand on the floor and grit got on our feet. The location was great, close to a lot of the things we wanted to see. The parking was nice, we used the overflow lot which never got filled.

Room was dirty and looked like nothing advertised

Absolutely would not recommend. The room was dingy and dark, fire alarm went off twice in the same day, I asked what happened and the woman at the desk said it was the steam from the showers. I said this is a hotel….steam from the showers made the alarm go off? She rolled her eyes and said yes. Also, there was a day where there was zero hot water in the hotel. This hotel is trash, the employees are trash, don’t waste your time or money here.

Location is very convenient. We arrived on Saturday and Sunday was the last time anyone came into the room to drop off towels and straighten up. We left on Wednesday. No hot water Tuesday night and Wednesday morning. Will not stay there again!

Very good location could use a few updates. Our main door was broke no lamps.

The bartender was amazing and incredibly helpful. He gave us great recommendations for places to go with the kids and told us about the free shuttle, which was an absolute game changer for our family! I know the hotel is in the process of upgrading the rooms, and I can’t wait to see how the suites turn out once they’re renovated. We had such a great experience and would definitely stay again!

The swim up bar was an added treat!

We liked the fact that you felt right at home with the staff in the front desk they were nice attentive and helpful the thing we didn’t like that there were limited handicap parking directly at the hotel and then there was the fire alarm that went off at 6 am there are no phones in the rooms you could barely here the fire alarm they need to put more phones in the room just incase that happens again we liked that it was right across the street from the beach and that there was a bar underneath the restaurant had couple of video games some pool we met some awesome people there but what really stood out was the staff asking me if I need help thank you for making our trip feel like we were at home there are a couple of things with the hotel they should put in a second elevator for disabled guests and the parking they need to change for handicap people next to hotel they need to put more spots in because the parking is that you have 2 spots and if somebody wants to get out you have to move your car they should definitely change that staff great !!!!!5 stars
