Starlux Hotel

Very convenient location. Staff was great. We had car trouble the day we were supposed to check in and had to shift our days. Very accommodating. Free parking. Heated Pool and hot tub a plus. Never felt crowded. Housekeeping every day which is rare these days. Nice room with kitchenette. Only downside was the bedroom area had no AC in it so it was warm. Only AC was in the main area which couldn’t cool the bedroom with the door closed. Would stay again though.

Our first stay - Room was fine, clean, not the largest but up to par with what you will find in wildwood. Pool and hot tub were nice. In a perfect location, I’m close proximity to coffee, breakfast and dinner, the beach and boardwalk, mini golf. I loved the stay, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to a friend!

The Starlux has a classic motel layout, but the attention to detail and the Wildwood theme sets it apart. The rooms are tight, but contain nice extras like a microwave and refrigerator. The pool is nice, with lots of surrounding seating. They have two Level 2 EV chargers (though one was broken while we were there, and the price is a bit steep). They have bikes and beach chairs you can borrow for free. They offer a free breakfast with instant oatmeal, danishes, juice, and coffee. There is a nice clubhouse with a pool table; you can borrow the billiard equipment for free. It is a block from the Wildwood letters and the edge of the beach. The staff is friendly, helpful, and present.

The property was nice. They had bikes and beach chairs (some broken) for guests. Otherwise clean and enjoyable

The hotel was clean and updated. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and clean. We loved our first visit here. Nothing. Everything was great

I had an amazing view. The staff was very friendly & answered any of my questions that I had. Everything was very walkable & just relaxing. The only thing I didn't like was the small toilet because I am so tall. But everything else was perfect.

The only thing that was a challenge was the water pressure in the bathroom sink. I kept forgetting to say something because every staff member I met was kind, friendly, and helpful. Shout out to Joann who walked us to our room when I came back a second. The courtesy, clean room, clean pool, and walking distance to the beach made me forget about a small thing. The bikes, beach chairs, and pool towels were lovely as well as the on site laundry service. Our family vacation turned into unexpected warm, welcoming, clean and safe experience. Highly recommended without reservation.

The staff, the location, the amenities were great. However, they need to invest in some new sleeper sofas. It was uncomfortable to even sit on the sofa, and the bed underneath was horrible.

Food items(bagel/muffins/pastry/instant oatmeal available 8-10am but limited variety/quantity. They have beach chairs and bikes to use for free which is nice. We were allowed to bring our own bikes into room using the elevator (which was nice since we have e bikes and we are older and enjoy long bike rides at shore). Pool and hot tub were nice/well maintained and fortunately place did not have any overly loud or noxious folks staying there. Overall good experience at hotel with good proximity to boardwalk and beach. Not luxurious,but has all amenities needed like coffee maker,small fridge, microwave,hair dryer and shampoo/conditioner,lotion. Parking adequate and spaces not as small as many other hotels’ lots we have used in past. Would return if visiting Wildwood.

So clean, so many amenities, and within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops It would have been nice to have a table within the room for us to sit, but they do offer that in the suites

The A/C worked, there was plenty of room, it had a fridge, bed was comfy could have been cleaner
