Wasn’t very happy to find out the pool and spa were under construction. Part of the reason why we booked this trip was to enjoy it for my wife’s birthday.

Was a bit disappointed to be honest i expected a bit more for the deluxe room for the price paid, room hadn't been hoovered when I went in as lots of bits all over the carpet , reception staff were very friendly and it waa in a good loction to walk to the main town

The front door and lights shocked us multiple times. Shower would not drain. Ants in bathroom.

The hotel was very convenient to the Railway and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Love this place so family friendly….. the only thing, the pool was closed and my 3 grandsons were a bit disappointed…. Overall I’m a repeat customer this was my 3rd trip… and the updated rooms were fabulous!!

Enjoyed a meal in the bar at the hotel upon check in. The train into the Grand Canyon was great as well as the pre boarding cowboy show!! Super cute and entertaining!! Great experience! Also, had breakfast at the buffet restaurant on site which was also very good.

The location to everything Our room did not have air conditioning and it took a long time to get moved to another room. We were only credited $58 for the inconvenience of having to move. The pool was closed and we were not aware before checking in
