I visit Williams often and this has been my go-to for several years. I have never had a bad experience and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

A totally redone property. Very clean, new carpet throughout and the pool area was very well maintained. More towels in pool area.

Traveling with 5 kids, adjoining rooms requested was not available, but they were able to put us next door and that worked out fine. Rooms were neat and clean, beds comfortable. Plenty of linens, towels, etc. Pool and hot tub were nice. Perfect temps and felt great after long day of driving. Website and sign on back of the door advertised cot/roll away beds available, but when we asked we were told they didn't have any. We had to make a little bed on the floor with extra blankets for our youngest child. Also said two queen beds, but they were definitely smaller than that, more like double beds, not queens. Our keys stopped working at the end of day one and we had to have them reprogrammed. Staff seemed irritated and asked us what happened, like it was our fault they didn't work when we came back for the night. We kept them in a safe place away from phones and magnets, the condescending response was not appreciated.
