Clean room :)

This hotel is a great jumping off spot for the Grand Canyon. It’s also close to downtown Williams with its restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They have a coffee machine in the lobby, but there is no breakfast. There is a restaurant on site but we did not eat there.

Needs updating. Facilities are old. Bed was comfortable in my opinion, but my husband thought the bed could have been a little softer.

Clean. Quiet. Convenient. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Our check-in was seamless quick and easy because we used Expedia. The bar was small, but well stocked and the bartender Jim was the nicest person. We felt very comfortable the pools clean. Everybody was so attentive and the steaks were excellent.

This is an old place facility. Lot of bugs on the beds and sheets. Given a chance i avoid this.

The hotel is great for the price, a lot of amenities and an amazing restaurant in the same building, aside from that I gave it a 4 star because the staff sounded like they really didn’t wanted to be there, and the door handle was broken took me a minute to get into my room. But I would definitely come back!

Staff were kind and helpful. The hotel building needs a renovation. Stains and peeling paint were abundant. The mattresses and pillows were not just uncomfortable but worn beyond their years and desperately need to be replaced. I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot in the room. Everything looked dirty or worn out except the bed sheets.

I had 5 grandkids and my wife. Room was big, 3 beds. Everyone was comfortable. Best shower in any hotel anywhere with great water pressure. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Attached Rodeo restaurant was excellent, good food, great service. I've seen other reviews that were less than encouraging but I would return. Pool was huge. Kids loved it. Great value.

Close to shops and The Grand Canyon Over all it was very good. One staff member was a bit rude about our keys, but I don’t remember the name.
-
The property was located in nice central area. Its close to the freeway and a bunch of restaurants. The hotel staff were great. The building itself is a little aged and needs work but for the price point and what you get it was perfect for our stay.

There is no breakfast provided by this hotel, but there is a restaurant attached. We didn't go to the restaurant. One bed was very comfortable, but the other one squeaked. The walls in the room are scuffed and dingy, needs paint.

Nice location right off freeway. It looked outdated.
