The pool area only had working lights only near the hot tub even though there were alot of lights surrounding the pool. I informed the front desk and the problem was never fixed. I think all she had to do was turn them on. The lobby/breakfast area was extremely hot, and the towels in the bathroom were dirty.

Staff were not accommodating for holding luggage after check out.

Beds were uncomfortable, hot tub definitely needs to be cleaned. Housekeeping starts knocking on your door at 8am in the morning to see if I’ve checked out. Even tho checkout is scheduled for 11.

We frequent this location and stay here often. The staff is good and the breakfast too. The rooms are clean. The grounds are decent but showing their age. But, overall this place is our go to because it is clean and is a great value.

The stay was what I have learned to expect from quality inns. Breakfast was tasty and with a good selection. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. I have no complaints.

We were there when about 100 students from Italy checked in for an overnight stay. We weren’t able to get the rooms we wanted but I have to say they handled the crowd well at checkin and even during the continental breakfast.

We stayed for a couple of nights during the week, which likely contributed to the peaceful atmosphere and minimal foot traffic around the property. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We even left a personal item behind after checking out, and the team was quick and helpful in assisting us to retrieve it. Overall, this was a great place for a family trip. I would definitely stay here again, especially for future visits to the Grand Canyon.
