The Staff was Professional & The Young Lady in Charge of the Breakfast Area Let Us Eat Even tho it was close to closing. We Appreciate Her So Much for Making sure My Family had what was Needed. Thank you.

Rooms are pretty dirty chairs, have stains. Pillows have stains. The carpets smells in the room and out in the hallway has this musty Lingering smell. The pool and jacuzzi, don't work. I would never come back here for what they charge.

Breakfast was good; staff friendly. Parking easy and close to room.

Very kind staff. 10 minute walk to downtown Williams and to the train for a ride to the Grand Canyon. Clean room and very quiet.

Hotel was great

The room floors were dirty. Pool and jacuzzi closed for the last six months according to staff. Air is set to 73, and doesn’t feel like it really works. It was sad for a Holiday Inn express. They are taking every penny of profit, and putting zero into the hotel for upkeep.

Clean room, air very cold, awesome

The facility could have been cleaner and the hotel itself needs to be updated. Overall it was nice, but definitely has room to be improved.

The bathroom was less than desirable, moldy and old. The floors were sticky.

The hotel needs to be remodel. The pool wasn’t working and had mold and rust inside the shower.

Air conditioner would blow cold then hot again. Never truly got cold. Pool and hot tub were not working. The breakfast was decent for a continental breakfast.

Let's start with the room. We booked based on the listing stating the room sleeps 6. What we got was a pullout couch with a twin mattress. A twin. For a room that supposedly accommodates six people. I don't know how Holiday Inn's math works, but it doesn't work for families. And that twin pullout? You could feel the springs through the mattress with the lightest touch. I have photos. Both queen headboards were in embarrassing condition, with large chunks of faux leather peeling off all over them. Again, I have photos. This is not normal wear and tear. This is a room that has not been maintained and should not be rented to paying guests. But the real low point was one particular staff member. I don't use the word "awful" lightly. This person was rude, dismissive, and completely indifferent to our concerns. No attempt to help, no apology, no accountability. It was stunning. I've given Holiday Inn the benefit of the doubt for years. Not anymore. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere that actually delivers what it promises.

The gentleman working the desk was a really great guy. Sent my teenager in to ask for a luggage cart, when she came out to tell us one would be returned soon the desk guy walked out with one just behind her. The room was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. All around nice stay.

The pool has been broken since November 2025! So you can’t use it! Was suggested that we go to the Aquatic Center ( which cost more ) but that was a nice place for the grandbaby.

We came in last minute late at night. Parking and Check in was quick and easy and the front desk was helpful. My room was a tad disheveled, with a bench being pulled out away from the wall when I entered and one of the queen beds looked like someone had been sitting on it. I also did find a long piece of hair in my bedding when I pulled back the covers. The room was fairly clean otherwise but routine it’s 12 maintenance on carpeting, caulking, and furniture, such as headboards was lacking. I was able to adjust the temperature easily which was a plus. The continental breakfast was very good, plentiful, and nicely set up. The walls were thin and I could hear the tv in the next room. Check out was a breeze and the staff were very polite.
