I loved my stay there. The bed was clean and very comfortable. Loved the size of the room. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. After issues with another hotel, this hotel staff was very understanding and helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

There was no breakfast misleading Kitchen was wasn't fully stock

The only thing I liked was the kitchen It was smelly and dirty.Carpets were dirty. The pool is not running eventhough it was promoted.The kitchen didn’t have all the things it needed Definitely WAS NOT worth the price I paid

The room and kitchen were great. I like the facility so much; this is my third consecutive annual stay. The evening shift staff were great. I did not like that you only offer free coffee.

I definitely would NOT recommend this place to anyone. As soon as you walk in,the reek of marijuana is unsupportable. The room was dirty overall: stained curtains,smelled bad,the bathroom is in bad conditions. The pictures do it some grace.

Awesome staff to welcome me when I arrived and departed. Room was a nice size and it had what I needed Saw some bugs when we got to our room. We didn’t actually have windows, they were mirrors with a curtain covering them. So we didn’t have natural light at all. Some stains on the towels

Full size refrigerator No breakfast as advertised. Pool and gym “under renovations “. Room was old and filthy. Drug users living in outside stairwell.

The location was perfect! So close to Colonial Williamsburg & downtown. Lots of shops and restaurants. The room was very large, clean and comfortable. The water for the shower didn't get that hot. ?

Dirty floors and carpet. Do not walk in room in barefeet or even socks. They will get very dirty. We always wore shoes. Sheets, pillowcases, all dirty. Another person told me about a roach they found in their bathtub. There is a leak in the ceiling over the toilet. Dirty, rundown, seen better days. Do not stay here.

Only for the desperate.

Have never stayed in such a rundown hotel. I don’t know how it passed health inspections. Sorry but true.
