Red Roof Inn Williamsburg

They advertise a pool but it hasn’t been open since Covid. One of the reasons I picked it was for the pool and had no idea that it wasn’t available to use. The sheets and bedding had stains on it. There was a women’s bathing suit and underwear left behind in the bathroom hanging.

Breakfast was ok. Vynilfloors were filthy. Vynil floors were filthy. They are never mopped.

The breakfast was bagel, bread, milk, cereal a so called juice machine. Butter and cream cheese pads. Absolutely disgusting and insulting.

bathroom door does not closed. the tub is dirty and rusty and had some bugs should have elevator i couldn't stair very well

The room was really clean. The staff was helpful. Neighbor next door to us had kids. Sounds like the kids were bouncing a ball in the room. I can hear everything in there room.

Good for a quick stay. Beds were comfortable. Kind of old and outdated but fine. Staff was great.

Close proximity to attractions. Staff was friendly. Dirty bathrooms and room smelled like mildew. Boasts about being pet friendly but has definite damage on bathroom door from dog chewing. Shady people staying onsite….

Definitely needs updates, but ok for a place to sleep.

We were there to sleep because we had a busy vacation. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The only downfall I had was the bathroom was super small and there was no air circulating in there, so the towels remained wet. The staff was super nice! I would stay again.

Breakfast was toast and cereal. I expected more then on last day they ran out of food and was waiting on order. Coffee machine was broken. Better breakfast with coffee

-black mold in bathroom shower on ceiling (1st floor) -floor was filthy, I had to wash with soapy water and towels bc it was literally black -rust on bed frame and floor from Animal pee -duvet cover was dirty -POOL ISNT OPEN even though it's advertised -breakfast is minimal and most items were out of stock -coffee machine was out of order, so crappy bfast and no coffee -toilet was broken and handle had to be barely touched or it would break -room was full of flies when we first opened door, at least 10 bc I killed them - dried boogers on walls -door had muddy handprints all over it -old chewing gum stuck to side of wall -remote didn't work when we checked in Unfortunately we were staying two nights so the next morning I went and got cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself. ***I've never stayed somewhere so horrendous. I wouldn't pay $10 to stay there again. Only thing convenient was location.

Coffee maker in your breakfast room did not work. Could not get coffee. The real coffee pot it was dirty. I had coffee grinds all inside the water compartment
