Despite your post they do not offer breakfast. The sign that the ice machine was “temporarily” out of order looked permanent. The place was last painted in the 18th century. .
-
No ice machine was broken. The hotel need to be up date on some areas like the door to the joint room way out date. The window in the bathroom. But overall clean tho

Only positives are the location to CW, pancake house next door and the front desk worker. This was our go to place for the last 2 years and don’t know what happened in 3 months cause the housekeeping staff is nonexistent. The place was old and needed updating but was always clean. This time the room was disgusting from dirt on the walls, no toilet paper, period blood all over the comforter along with what looks like vomit.
-
Front desk clerk is friendly. Location is good for walking to CW. Room had no toilet paper, dirty doors, vomit and period blood on the comforter. The beds were made so housekeeping didn’t wash the bedding and just made the beds.

The man at the front desk was very helpful and friendly; he managed a clerical error on my part really well and is a great representative for the hotel. The location is great, walking distance into Colonial Williamsburg is a massive mark in the hotel's favor. Breakfast was advertised when booking but was in fact stopped in January(!). The rooms are dirty--old ground-in dirt on doors and stained carpet, ratty bedcovers, bathrooms have black mildew and loose fixtures. We had slugs in the room on more than one occasion! I have no idea where they even came from but must have been in the carpet or ceiling. This could be such a great place with some investment.

- Decent for the price you pay. - Bathroom was decent size and shower had good pressure. - Did not use the pool, but it looks very well upkept. - Door going to the next room did not seem very secure. - Shower temp did not get very warm. - Only allowed a few towels at a time. No extras.
-
Place seriously looks like one of those motels you see on CSI.
-
The door had a lock that didn’t lock, smelled of cigarettes, the beds were horrible, and the person checking me in made so uncomfortable I legitimately questioned my safety. I pushed a dresser in front of the door that didn’t lock…that’s how being there felt

The location was convenient to Busch gardens and surrounding Williamsburg, air conditioning worked well. No housekeeping even though stayed for 3 days , had to bring dirty towels to front desk to exchange for new towels. Only outlets on the night stand worked .

Great little motel. It was a little older, which we liked because it was in Williamsburg. There’s a great pancake house at the end of the parking lot. Through the wall ac was super cold thankfully! It was cute, clean, and convenient. Nice, well maintained pool. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Great job y’all! 😃

The guy at the front desk was super nice and helpful-I think his name was Shawn. The pool area was nice. Thats about all the good I have to say about this place. The location was ok, wasnt in a bad area necessarily but we did hear a lot of sirens that evening and late in the night, we heard a couple fighting and screaming at each other. I believe there are people who live there all the time. I was under the impression we would get a rather large room with two queen beds and a couch (based on hotel website pictures) Our first room was one king bed and a couch. We have kids-that wasnt going to work. We ended up getting a room with two beds and a chair. This complicated our sleeping arrangements a little but we made it work. It was a super cramped room, and needed a good deep clean. The beds were hard and while I can overlook a hard bed for a one night stay, cleanliness shouldnt be optional. The carpet looked like it had never been cleaned. There was a nasty stain on one bed ruffle. Some dirty stains on one of the headboards, nasty spots in the bathroom, dead bugs in the bathroom windowsill. The bathroom looked like something in my grandmas house-needs updated but I can overlook that if its just clean. Please clean your rooms!!

It was so old and humid Smells so bad AC emitting gross odor

The room its self was quite cute, however the amount of dust in there was a bit of a joke. All above the bed and surfaces. We cleaned the air con filter because it was just full of junk. I feel bad for the main staff member on reception because he was lovely however there was one member of staff called Ray with an absolute power complex. After a long day I came back and parked outside of my room, in the evening Ray decided to come and bang on the door. Once I had opened it he did not introduce himself or tell me that he worked for the hotel. He asked about our cars and began to have a go at me about parking in a spot I supposedly shouldn't have. I say supposedly because was there a sign or markings that said "no parking"? Absolutely not. My previous review was not submitted due to the language I had used about said staff member so I will let you draw your own conclusion on what I called this man. In summary there are lots of hotels in this area, I would recommend you choose somewhere else.

Room was mostly clean. Mattress was poor quality, pillows were basically flat. Guy at the front desk in the late evening had a bit of a smart mouth. Fine for a cheap motel.
