Great walkable location that is on a quiet street. Staff was super helpful from airport pickup to grabbing medication from the pharmacy to making breakfast every morning. Not enough hot water for showers.

Lovely staff - very helpful. A very late check in was accommodated. The apartment is huge - and so is the bed! Very useful to have kitchen facilities - especially for couples staying in Cusco for several days. Super clean. Found the apartment quite cold - a single radiator is supplied, but with the size of the property, could benefit from an additional one. Breakfast room was also very cold.

The size of my twin beds apartment is good. It is with a big bedroom, living room and kitchen. The utensils are good for 2-3 people. The manager helped us to take luggage up and down as our room is on 3rd floor Nothing. Just suggest to have some hooks for hanging clothes in the bathroom.

It needs some walking to the main road as it is on a sloppy alley. They forgot to provide bath soap and shampoo.

Great place to stay; clean, really comfortable bed, kitchen well equipped, very helpful staff, in a really good location and breakfast was quite nice. Alcides went above and beyond to be helpful. Room was cold, an extra heater in living room would have come in handy.

The accommodations was great, it was clean, spacious and the host was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. He even took time out to make a lovely packed breakfast for us as we had an early tour booked before breakfast was scheduled. The room as quick cold, however, there was a heater for us to use.

We had a very disappointing stay at this property. The manager was unfriendly and dishonest — he charged us more than the original booking price and gave misleading information. The room was poorly maintained, and the hot water didn’t work properly. Overall, the place was far from what was advertised and definitely not worth the money. The only positive thing was that communication was relatively fast, but that doesn’t make up for the overall bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
