Strong pet urine smell in room upon check in. Seems like maybe the walls are thin, I could hear the TV and blow dryer from the next room. The bathroom door has a serious squeak so whenever I opened it in the night I woke up my roommate. The breakfast was good, the set up and attentiveness of the staff on the breakfast was awesome!

Clean and pleasant. Our room was spacious and bed comfortable. The location was great for both downtown or the beach. Busy road out front but wonderful sound proofing, the room was silent from interior and exterior.

This hotel needs to have their AC system updated or something. Our bath towels never dried and my mom’s pajamas were damp from so much humidity. I’m just glad the stay was short.

The property was maintained very well, coffee counter was always filled with coffee counters free of debris. Rooms were clean, the inconvenience we experienced was the system was down and we couldn’t check in for hours. The desk clerks were apologetic and worked diligently to manually check the client in.

Check in was easy. The room was very spacious and clean. There was plenty of parking. My family enjoyed the breakfast. We've tried other hotels, but are always confident that Hampton Inn will provide us with a safe, clean stay.

I was a little surprised that being a pet friendly hotel that there were not special rooms for people with pets. I am allergic to dogs/cats and all rooms are pet friendly. It affected me.
