It was a good location for us, the entrance made it easy to load and unload our baggage. Pet friendly with well lit sidewalks to walk the dog; nice neighborhood with lots of amenities near by. Fast elevators and sufficient luggage caddies so, you didnt have to wait for one to reappear. Quiet room with good A/C control. Wasnt the most comfortable bed we ever had at a hotel.

Clean room, no issues when checking in, hotel staff was friendly and helpful with any requests. Breakfast was the best experience with plenty of options and cleanliness. The pool was the only drawback of the visit, needed to be cleaned, had the dryer lent flying into the pool from the laundry room.

The breakfast was decent, and I especially appreciated the breakfast staff accommodating us even though we arrived toward the end of the breakfast period and they had already begun cleaning up. Their willingness to make sure we were still able to eat was appreciated. I did not like the overall level of customer service, especially considering the amount we paid for three rooms. The dismissive attitude from the front desk, inability to accommodate our room request despite availability, lack of housekeeping, no replacement towels, and difficulty getting basic items such as pillows and toiletries were disappointing. Some interactions made us feel unwelcome, and the overall experience did not reflect the level of hospitality or quality I expected for the price.

Check in was easy and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selections were plenty and wonderful.

Clean room; they were spacious. Breakfast was good; area was clean. For not staying in the area before, I was very happy happy with how good I chose the hotel as far as area. It was within distance of everything we needed. We had lots of stuff to do while we were in the area, but when we were at hotel the staff was helpful. Great hotel; I would stay there again.

I love the location! It was very clean and I enjoyed my stay.
