Run down hotel with painted over cosmetic corrections and just old outdated furnishings, bed hard and lumpy pillows and dull smell. Would never recommend to anyone.

Nothing checked in and immediately checked out and got a refund As soon as I walked in and put the lights on roaches scurried everywhere, I immediately backed right out of the room but saw it was dated and dirty with people hanging in the parking lot loud etc...

We did not eat breakfast there. The bed was comfortable. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. I kill it.

These people were great. We were able to check in a little early and though the property is old, it has been refreshed. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bath was clean, towels small but fluffy. Breakfast included was very adequate. The best thing, it was very clean. Parking was motel style - right in front of our door. AC worked well too. If needed, we would stay there again.

The check in was smooth for us weary travelers. The room was clean, but signs of repair were evident; i.e. joint compound on surfaces. Breakfast/coffee were perfect to start another day of weary traveling See above. The signs of repair, including over painting of surfaces; i.e. trim paint on hinges. Lock mechanism for shower/toilet room was missing from lockset. Sink faucet apparently leaks onto countertop, as my travel toiletries bag was wet in the morning.

Great value for the price! The hotel was clean, quiet, and conveniently located just a few miles from Wilmington’s downtown riverfront. The room was comfortable, the AC was nice and cold, and we slept well. The fresh coffee in the lobby and variety of grab-and-go breakfast options were a nice bonus.
