I truly recommend this hotel. I was extremely impressed with the facility, staff, and amenities throughout my stay. It was conveniently located by several restaurants, stores, shopping and airport. I might travel to CT one to two times a year, but in the future, I will be staying at this location.

Breakfast included, it was good.

What I didn't love was that you didn't have a smart TV and we could not stream NETFLIX, which we would have preferred over regular TV, I didn't know I should have looked closer at the ammenities to make sure a smart TV was available. I also didn't love the bathroom, the bathtub looked dirty and the grout didn't look great. The bathtub floor looked dark, something that I don't know a good amount of heavy bleach or some other cleaner could have brighthen, so then the grout became a focal point too, which if the tub didn't look dirty I wouldn't have cared about the grout. Truthfully I don't know if it's because it's an older hotel, but you may want to consider an upgrade because that was a turn off, not enough to make a fuss, I was only staying for one night. Other than that, it I enjoyed the stay.

There was no room available as there had been a leak and several rooms were not available. They did not have a number for us because we had booked thru Expedia. There should be better communication between Expedia and the hotels. They sent us to a Homewood Suites which was pretty run down and we ended up booking directly thru Marriott to another better hotel.

The location is great The staff is amazing both night and day The cleanliness of the hotel can be a little bit better. The rugs definitely need to be cleaned. My bathtub was not draining properly and it’s just a little outdated.

The room was clean despite a musty smell. Check in was a breeze. The AC units are new, and they had to send maintenance up twice to make the rattling stop on the one in my room. After the second time, I asked if there was another room available and the manager John was very snippy when he told me they were sold out. Overall the experience was okay, the management staff should really take a breath before they talk to customers like that. The maintenance man was the nicest staff member I dealt with.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Its convenient location made it easy to access local attractions and dining. The property was clean and well maintained, and the staff was consistently courteous and attentive. The rates were very reasonable, offering excellent value for the quality of accommodations and service provided. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others.

The restaurant accommodations were also inconvenient. The buffet-style breakfast was only available during limited kitchen hours, and if I arrived early, the only option was the bar area, which I did not have access to. In addition, liquor could not even be purchased from the snack store until after 11 a.m., which added to the frustration and lack of flexibility for guests. To make matters worse, once the breakfast buffet finally opened, I was told I could not bring my champagne into the area to celebrate my birthday. What was supposed to be a special and enjoyable occasion became frustrating and disappointing instead. When I brought up my concerns, I was told that because I booked through a third party, the hotel was not responsible for the description advertised online. Instead of offering a solution, I was simply told that “next time” I should request a higher floor. For the price and expectations set, the experience did not match the standard I anticipated. This was my first time visiting Connecticut, and unfortunately, I did not feel welcomed. The entire experience has honestly made me reconsider visiting again. I’m beyond disappointed with how everything was handled.

Hotel location,building staff was really good but our room smells like rotten urine smells, i couldn’t stand it. Around bathroom sink area everywhere smells was horrible. Wonder why. Other than that everything was okay. They had a shuttle bus pickup service and. That driver took us to nice dinner restaurant and it was good.

Update the bathroom. Better control of room temperature.

Nice clean, quiet hotel in a great location. Staff are friendly and helpfull. Will be back for another getaway night very soon.
