Travelled with family, 2 teenagers and 2 younger kids for one night. We were treated with a very sincere and kind “welcome” from the receptionist. She was very efficient and friendly. The property and lobby were spotless and clean. We stayed in the 1 bedroom , double bed suite that was very spacious. It had a small kitchen area and was equipped with kitchen appliances. Very comfortable beds not so comfortable pull out couch. Pool water was chilly but area was clean with the exception of the hot tub. Although it was very warm and comfortable, it seemed to need some attention to the paint and walls surrounding it. We enjoyed the free breakfast of pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausages, home fries. Also variety of cereal, yogurt, fruit, juices, coffee, tea, and breads. I always enjoy Hyatt House and definitely will stay again.

The staff was very kind and helpful in getting whatever information or item you needed. The hotel was clean and at a great price. I would highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly and the the upkeep was clean. Perfect for a weekend just not worth the money for a whole week.

Very clean property. It’s a home away from home. It’s quiet, has a lovely hot tub and pool, gym is great and view is phenomenal. Love, love, love it especially for a long term stay.

Rooms were clean but pool area was below par… hot tub had pain chipping all around and mold in corners. Pool was extremely cold.

Room was great, all the night time staff made our family feel unwelcome from the minute we walked in with 4 kids. We ordered food and instantly heard complaining to the front desk staff about a large order from the bar tender who watched tv, spent more time complaining about things and had no other guests. We were fine waiting and selecting from the menu they had however the server/bar tender continued to try and have us order out. Towels and bed linens the response was there are not enough- there were only 3 towels in the room- linens-the staff stated there were more in the closet that should be enough. Morning staff was very pleasant and night time staff were completely different.

Front staff was very welcoming and helpful; my room was immaculate! Very quiet, good bed, – a wonderful little retreat with full kitchen. Will definitely return!
