Everything was great other than my firestick wouldn’t work on their tv

We stop at this property for one night on a longer trip, and it’s just what we need to rest before getting back on the road. I only wished the pool was open a little earlier!

The beds were extremely hard. Pillows smelled and the whole room had a feeling of dampness. We only had one night so we left first thing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical of a holiday inn.

Great staff. Handicapp accommodations were wonderful. Room looked a bit worn down. Had to get thru leaking ac unit by entrance.

Stay was good. Beds were a little hard. And a waffle maker for breakfast would be appreciated.

We requested gluten free bread because of my husband’s celiac disease and my thyroid condition. There was only yogurt and oatmeal to eat. They either didn’t get the message or something. We plan to stay there again in October and will request gluten free again. Breakfast without glutenfree bread.

The front desk service was excellent. James aka Jimmy was very friendly and we all smiled and laughed , due to his kindness and sense of humor.

Breakfast was good. Nice selection every day. Set up was good No fault of the hotel, no water for coffee. Water main break in the area.

Scheduled for an outpatient procedure at 6AM next morning. Location near the Atrium Medical Center was very convenient. Night shade could have blocked the pool lighting better. Prefer a very dark room at night for sleep.
