A great property when staying in Winston Salem.

The breakfast was ok, and there was no parking. The website says that you pay $22 a day for parking or valet parking. What they do not tell you is that there are only 10 parking spaces, and once full, you fend for yourself to find parking. The hotel will not let you park and unload your stuff and take it to the room, then find a parking space; you have to find a place to park and carry your stuff to the hotel. At all the hotels I stay at, this was the worst experience.

Rooms were clean and updated, plenty of towels provided. Breakfast options were wonderful and tasty. All staff (especially valet we interacted with) extremely professional and friendly Having to pay for parking at the hotel during our stay. Pillows were flat and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. Their was a bar soap, but that's not ideal to share when you're washing your hands after using the toilet.

Check-in and out staff was very friendly. Valet service was helpful and quick. Lots in walking distance. One family member got there early and walked around the area. She really liked it.

Stayed overnight after student orientation at UNCSA. Nice location - central to dining and a nice park. Staff was super friendly. Comfortable and clean

The staff were phenomenal. Room was clean. Location is fantastic!

Great location. Used parking valet, which was extremely efficient. The only negatives were that even when the outdoor temperature was in the 90s, the common areas were extremely warm and humid. And our room, although large, comfortable, and clean, had a very musty, unpleasant smell.

Staff was very professional, friendly, and accomodating. Location (downtown) was perfect for our needs. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and in proper working order. Breakfast wasn’t spetacular, but in line with similar hotels.
