Staff was very nice and helpful and the valets were prompt and friendly. The facility can use a bit of updating. The floors in my room squeaked terribly, it also would have been helpful to have a menu and room service information available in the room. I had to go down to the desk to get coffee pods and creamer a couple of times because the room had only enough for one person. The hotel is located in a very nice building and district that seems to be going through gentrification and updating. It was convenient to everything I wanted to see.

This hotel has lots of character and is very clean. If you’re a very light sleeper - there were times we could hear other guests coming and going, so I wouldn’t expect a perfectly sound proofed experience. But no one was overly loud or rowdy, so it wasn’t an issue. Big beautiful windows with lots of light. Our room didn’t have a fridge - not sure if that’s the case across the board, so if that’s important to you, I’d ask.

This is a trendy hotel located in the heart of downtown. The facilities are clean, rooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. Note, there is no onsite parking so you need to use valet or self park in a garage just a short distance away.

Nice staff, great room!

We have stayed here before, and it was a great experience. However, our second time not as good. I feel like the cleanliness could be better in such a high priced and nice downtown facility. Bathroom floors looked dirty, and one of the two beds was very creaky every time you moved on it. The toilet seat had been tightened crooked so you were sitting on the underneath part if you sat on the toilet. However, the beds felt very clean and the large window is very nice on a high floor.

The property was very clean and staff was more than friendly. From the valet staff to the restaurant located downstairs. Food and drinks were amazing! WILL BE BACK

The staff at the front desk was very kind.

The property is beautiful, but the building is old and there are things that need to be taken care of maintenance wise I cut my foot on a nail in my bedroom the night auditor that was there. It was a older African-American woman. She was really kind. She was very concerned and she acted as if she truly cared about the fact that I hurt myself on their property and then the young lady that was behind the bar was very kind and acted like she was very concerned now Vivek the Manager and then the young lady that was there when I left at 4 o’clock in the morning they acted like I was bothering them and I understand it was very early in the morning but that is not how you treat a customer so now me and Indigo hotel have a problem cause I was gonna try to do this thing the nice way but since you wanna act like I’m bothering you we have a problem
