Good room but dirty at first. Terrible room service order (burnt coffee and croissants with no butter) — avoid the $60 and go to Krispy Kreme. Self service coffee was also bitter and cold at 8am. Great staff and location.

Everything was top notch. All the staff were wonderful. Latiya at the front desk (not sure I spelled her name right) deserves a special shout out—she was so lovely and helpful! Room was comfortable and clean and the bed was wonderful.

The staff was very rude & unprofessional. The facility is old & outdated. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on horrible service.

The recreation room was extremely cool for kids. The staff was spot on and extremely helpful! Will return again anytime I am in the area!

Overall, good experience. A few elevators were down for needed repairs. Front desk staff member seemed annoyed to be there and was not welcoming during check-in, but valet staff were excellent! Room was well kept, bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfy. I’d give it a 7/10.

Expedia quoted a price of $40.00 more, nightly, for an extra Guest. The Bill charged $430.00! I would like to know why there is such a large, disparity. The Valet Service was not good, additional, training, will be beneficial. I would stay, again, if the, additional, $430.00 is adjusted to the advertised price on Expedia.
