The WiFi was out for most of my two-day stay, and no one seemed particularly bothered or inclined to troubleshoot. The hotel’s welcome screen in the room says it’s pet-free, but my first night was ruined by a dog, presumably left in a room down the hall, barking for hours; I slept with earbuds because ‘guest services’ said “Nothing we can do” both times I called to alert them. Finally, the hotel has three elevators which ran slowly and irregularly, at best. I feel like I overpaid for an middling experience.

The elevator broke down the morning of the 16th which put a strain on us climbing stairs. The room was spacious and arranged nicely. Had to turn up the thermostat due to cold AC and get an extra blanket. Toilet was hard to flush. Otherwise very comfortable.

Clean Uncomfortable bed, hard mattress topper impacted a decent nights rest.

The room was very good. We had a comfortable bed and enjoyed the view from the 18th floor. Breakfast in the M Lounge was satisfying.

We stayed at the hotel during a major Theatre Festival, with hundreds of people attending and being transported by buses to theaters across Winston-Salem. From that perspective, the hotel environment was pleasant and accommodating. There was seating in the lobby for people to meet and chat. The hotel restaurant was open late to accommodate theater goers who returned after 10 pm. The front desk people were pleasant. The room was clean and well-serviced by housekeeping. Things I didn't like were related to the room: 1. The phone did not work at all. 2. The room didn't have a microwave. 3. There were too few hangers in the room. 4. The bathroom shower fixtures were modern European spa style, which looked chic, but had a faulty/broken mechanism related to turning the water on and off. We used it. Went to breakfast and when we came back from our room after breakfast, the shower had turned itself on and was nearly flooding the bathroom.

Exceptionally clean, great customer service, good restaurant on site, many restaurants & small grocery within short walk. Needs new mattresses

Close to the convention center to meet my needs. Nice location and friendly staff. Few luggage racks to use when checking in and out. Food choices were limited and expensive. The ice machines were broken and no way to get ice for my room. If I wanted a microwave in my room it costed more.

The rooms are highly sprayed with disinfectant spray. I could hardly breathe when i opened the door. Needless to say we left and did not stay the night because even our clothes smelled like it. Discusting experience. Parking was fine.
