This was our first time staying in this property. We loved the location. It was close to every place we planned to visit. Front dest staff was very nice and helpful. The room was fine only thing is that, the bed sheets were pretty dirty, it seems like they haven't being changed.. it also had a smell like air filter hasn't been changed. Breakfast was goo,Everything was refilled up quick it was nice and warm.. pool was a bit to dark some lights were out.. all small things that can be fixed. After all our visit was good. We would stay here again.

From the get-go we had the feeling we didn't want to be at the accommodation. This feeling was enhanced by the hostess telling us how badly she wanted to leave the US and ga (back) to the United Kingdom. The hallways were filled with noisy mobile airconditioners that were running 24/7. The room had a smell as if it wasn't cleaned for a long time. The window directly bordering the car park has held shut by the clingsiest mechanism imaginable. We immediately shut the curtains and took extra care of our worthy belongings. Breakfast was okay for once and once only. Glad we stayed only one night.

Lots of deferred maintenance at this hotel needs a tuneup two stars

Hotel needs to be updated. The manager was rude and disrespectful to us. The rooms smelled wet and musty. The bed covers had stains on them. The manager fixed the breakfast with out gloves on touching everything. First and last time staying there

Never had a hotel that wasn’t a resort charge an extra $30 for checking in a couple hours early. We were there between 1-2 and check in is 4. It wasn’t busy definitely came off more greedy than a need for room ready-ness. Dude who checked us in was not friendly nor was any staff. Not one of them greeted us. We didn’t use the pool but it looked dirty in the pool area. Definitely worth the money to stay somewhere with better customer service, amenities and accommodation without being a money grab.

We were told there was no wifi and that they were trying to fix it. when I tied to connect later the wifi was there to connect but we were not given the password. The lady at the reception said that there is no password and that it is still broken. Being from outside of the US it was very important for me to check in with family every night because we were There was no hair dryer in the room but when asked one was provided. The shower had lots of pressure but the water spayed everywhere and there was water coming out of the faucet as well.

Right by the door very convenient as we like to leave an explore the city we’re in a lot. Loved the hot tub in the room!!!! Maybe thicker blankets and other then then that it was great!!!!!

The location for the hotel was great, the staff was great, breakfast was good, The only problem was one morning housekeeping came and to clean the room and we ask them to come back later, we were getting dressed. They never came back.

Quick check in. Clean room. Large gap under entry door allows noise from hallway into room.

The room was quiet and comfortable, the AC was cold... no complaints!
