The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good and there was a wide variety of food.

Great things: outdoor pool, but no umbrellas or shade. I did ask the last day and they found one umbrella! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Checking in was great. The area for us was absolutely perfect. Breakfast: same choices everyday Room: filthy carpet! No bars in the shower/tub made it hard to get in & out. Our toilet seat was broken and slid every time you sat down. All in all it was a wonderful getaway. Our favorite restaurants are there, we met some great people, not loaded with kids, tried several new things. We went to Baraboo & Reedsburg. Great weather overall, but we did have a tornado warning,

We found the rooms were excellant and very clean the staff very helpful the pool and hot tub was well maintained and clean

Great staff, great amenities, kind of wish that gym would open up before 9 AM but not a huge deal. Outside pool was nice and breakfast was good, had one small issue with cleanliness in the room, but it was rectified by speaking with a housekeeper in the hallway overall great visit.

Great Place to stay, only thing holding me back from excellent is the Personal hot tub, the knobs were broken and the jets didn't consistently work, otherwise everything was amazing

We loved our stay. Traveled with 2 younger kids. They LOVED the outdoor pool. Would happily book this place again.

No table in the kitchenette area so we had to eat in our rooms No couch or area to sit bedsides the beds in the room

The pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean and were a huge hit with our kids. The complimentary breakfast offered all the typical favorites, including waffles, pancakes, cereal, toast, bagels, and more. Overall, we had an excellent experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again. 10/10!

Breakfast was delicious and it was nice they had an outdoor pool, indoor pool, and hot tub!

Lack of carts to bring belongings to the room. Long wait time to get registered at the front desk.

Everything was nice!

The staff was terrible. They are not trained properly or are just rouge. We arrived and the reservation we made 20 plus days out was not honored I. That we requested 2 adjoining rooms because of small children. When I brought the subject to the “manager” she refused to hear me and kept cutting me off with the corporate training phase of “I appreciate that but” yet she would not hear a thing I said. She had to have said the phrase to me 10 plus times and dismissed every issue I stated. Come to find she was at the end of her shift and could have probably helped us but she has to get home or something because she left 3 minutes in her car after I walked out the door from checking in. Also my sister with the small children were put in a room down the hall and it smelled so strong of chemicals she has an asthma attack. When she went to the front they only offered her a room on another floor than us. Of course we would have needed 2 but they did not accommodate. Instead they gave her a dangerous piece of machinery an ozone machine to kill the smell. We were able to look up directions to safety use the machine because zero instructions were provided. I find this alarming because she could have just let it run with small kids in the room. The bathrooms smelled like sweet gas and the rooms are paper thin and have zero sound stopping. Honestly I would never in my life suggest this hotel to anyone. Ever. I have never had such a terrible or ridiculous stain in my life.

Rooms are clean! Great for families, affordable and close to everything!! Pool stays open 24 hours for adults!!

Property was very well maintained. Rooms are a good size with mini fridges and microwave. Outdoor pool was a bit small but has 3 slides that older kids would enjoy. Indoor pool has a great area for younger kids with shallow depth and two fun slides. The only downside was the humidity and overwhelming smell of chlorine at the indoor pool, they need better ventilation or to open some windows.
