Location Our room was not cleaned at all during our four-night stay. Despite requesting housekeeping service, no one came to clean the room; the towels were not replaced and the trash was not removed. Although the hotel has a great location, the complete lack of basic housekeeping for four days was unacceptable and significantly affected our overall experience.

Bathroom had mold around tub, sheets had a stain took 30 min + to bring sheets and did not offer to change the sheets, room had a stale smell.

At least one Hook in bathroom would be nice! And most all hotels up and down I-95 provide a free breakfast not just a piece of fruit, baked good and drink. Staff was wonderful however Some room improvements are needed.

The location of the property relative the highway, malls, and other amenities is excellent. The hotel itself is nestled in a slightly wooded area off Prince William Pkwy. It’s within walking distance to some good eateries and a few minutes drive to malls, restaurants, convenience stores, and a hospital
