J'ai trouvé exagéré de faire payer un stationnement quand ce n'est meme pas derrière une barrière de sécurité Nous avons trouver des poils et cheveux partout dans la chambre , bain , lavabo lit serviettes par terre etc...

The only two problems we ran into: the door to the door closed to slowly for my taste and the parking we paid for was for a garage space we didn’t know was there. Besides that everything was really good.

Voyage en famille , arrêt au Springhill durant notre retour vers Qc. Hôtel bien situé , près des services . Les chambres sont grandes ! Toutefois la climatisation faisait beaucoup de bruits, très dérangeant ! La propreté n’était pas A1 mais très supportable ! Le personnel était très gentil. Le dernier petit point négatif était la surcharge pour le stationnement extérieur à 10$ , pas trop compris nous étions au milieu de nul part !

Our king bed suite was a nice size but the air conditioner blew directly at the bed - it was awful! We tried to cover the vents and force the air upward but it was nearly impossible. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Very bad break fast. They just say break fast included but nothing was available. Juice machine was empty very poor break fast

The hotel smelled so good every time I walked in. It was nice and clean, but a little worn from wear and tear. Our room had ants, but not many; not enough for me to have to change rooms. All in all, it was a great stay.
