Room smelled of a musky mildew, but I think it really is more the area, the humidity etc.. but not ideal. It did the trick for 2 nights. Solid area, with a little construction around the property making it slower travel around at first.

The TV didn’t work in our room. The staff offered suggestions to help us but didn’t come to fix it. The other room’s toilet didn’t work. The water line was turned off.

Great hotel very clean staff was very helpful

The room was mainly clean, the shower/bathroom was dated. The staff are all nice and pleasant, a few new staff who made mistakes on payment. Breakfast was fine, could do with a little variety for those who stay more than a few days it gets repetitive. Parking is ample.

The staff was great. Breakfast was crowded and underwellming. Maid service great. Towels and water pressure, excellent. Ice machine only on 3rd level. TV in our original room wasn't working. Staff moved us.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast met expectations.

The staff and location are absolutely outstanding. Whoever owns the hotel needs to invest in the property by first buying new mattresses and bedding. My television didn't always work and there was trash around the building. The staff deserves better!

Room 101 is located next to a door to the outside that is very loud and disruptive. It slams closed at all hours of the day and night. Not great.

Nice & clean place . Bead & pillows are also nice for good sleep.

The breakfast was nice. The bed was comfortable. Ample amount of sheets and towels. The fact that I seemingly scheduled during a maintenance period where they had water supply secured from 11 am to 4 pm when I was not working and needing a shower or a drink or rest. Whenbooking the reservation, I received no written or electronic notice that this was happening. The wifi was decent, however there were new boxes to some TV's but non of my TVs worked. I called but there was nothing they could do they said. Also the Microwave was locked from use, and called about that but they replaced it with a new one. The workout area was alright but I would have liked some better options. I didn't trust the pool during the maintenance period which was a bummer to say the least. Last, there are a lot of construction and emergency sounds nearby, which while isn't a big deal, there was a couple of strung out outsiders who kept being around vehicles and other parts of the property - one of which I believe to be accompanied by a pimp or a John, but it is hard to say. The other being along looked very strung out on drugs but did very little to prevent their access to the property or the build itself apparently. I get there are some things out of control but there being no courtesy to letting future travelers know of a water outage is rather disheartening. I honestly would say, go elsewhere.

Lost my reservation, questioned my honest about it and refused to refund, booking did nothing to help me! left stranded at 2am.

It was a decent hotel The location wasn’t the best, everything around the hotel was very run down. Shower leaked all over the floor, you could tell it was a problem that wasn’t fixed properly.
