They didn’t have maintenance available. They wasn’t pleasant when greeting.

We love staying here during work trips. My daughter and I enjoy the breakfast selections they offer. There staff is amazing and go out of their way to make us feel like we are at home surrounded by family.

The room was way too small for an extra bed - been to other properties where a 1 bed suite is way more spacious. Most housekeeping staff only spoke Spanish. That said nice property

Air quality in the room could be improved…please check air filters

Good hotel no issues, one night business trip

Very nice staff The only problem we have ever had at this hotel was this time. Their accounting system made multiple charges on our cards which were not authorized. It has taken over a week to get the charges cancelled. The staff cannot correct this type of problem manually, it has to go thru their system. It was frustrating and tied up a considerable sum of our money for many days.

All of the staff was so helpful amazing and welcoming. We stayed mothers day weekend and all the ladies were given flowers by the front desk associates. The rooms and entire hotel were kept very clean. My family and I enjoyed the working out together in the gym as well.

Staff was friendly and inviting. Room was clean and spacious. Room was short on towels and extra linen for the sleeper sofa. Overall nice stay

Location, location and location!! Not enough pillars and we didn’t like the half door on the shower.
