Only flaw, they should put a fence up in front of garbage and dumpsters. They are an eye sore.

Great location and amenities waterfront. Seems rooms are dog-friendly so may have needed a bit more cleaning!!

We stayed in the River House and had two different rooms as we stayed one night each at the beginning and end of a longer trip to Canada. Both rooms were very clean. One room had a better view of the river than the other. There is construction occurring at the property and we weren’t made aware of it ahead of time so the sawing and drilling made sitting by the river and relaxing a little difficult. The whole property is getting a face lift. The outdoor space was lovely with chairs and fire pits. The location is great. Grocery store across the street and walkable to breakfast and shops. Would recommend but make sure you check about construction and confirm a good view of the river if that is important to you.

The staff was helpful. The room was clean. There was some 1st floor construction that it would have been nice to know about prior to check in. It didn’t impact our stay but made things a bit dusty. Very conveniently located to downtown area.

Adorable, clean place in a great location.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable room with an amazing view of the river and hills behind the property. The common outdoor spaces had several fire pits going at night with adirondack chairs right next to the river as an added bonus.

Nice place to stay was major construction going on which didn't bother us too much but might have been nice to be aware beforehand. We had a lovely room on the second floor.

Clean rooms that were under construction and the large hole in the side of the facility where they were also performing construction The fact that booking referred, this is a higher place to stay, and we had no hot water, tried to get comped, but since we were third-party, they would not comp anything back

There for one night. Stayed in the river house. Room was good. Very quiet. The fire pits and sitting area along the river was fantastic. Sat out there at night after dinner and for coffee the next morning.

The room has not been made which is not acceptable. The room itself is quite dark and furnished with dated furniture. The Wi-Fi is very unreliable, which is especially frustrating since the hotel is located in an area with little to no cellular coverage, making a stable internet connection essential.

Very nice property. Would be great to have coffee in the rooms. Also very limited hot water. Ran out a few times even after a quick shower.

Great (unique) experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Good location with a small town feel in the best possible way. There is some construction going on at the property but it didn’t have any impact. Looking forward to staying there again.

Absolutely beautiful setting! The room was better than expected-- spacious, clean and gorgeously decorated. The location was also great-- everything was walkable. Highly recommend.

They have a beautiful property in the back with fire pits where we were able to start our own fire and enjoy nature. The location was great, wish we could’ve stayed more nights!

Lovely place. We stayed in room 118 with our Lab. It was ideal. Recently updated. Loved looking out over the river and ate our dinner and sipped wine on the deck. Great location for exploring Woodstock. Would return in a heart beat.

Facilities were nice & clean. Office staff were very friendly & helpful! Rooms were large and very nice & clean! Beautiful views of the Ottauquechee River. Fun grassy area with fire pits & cornhole along the edge of the river. Walking distance to the downtown area with shops & restaurants!
