Korona Hotel Wroclaw Market Square

The breakfast room was not enough in the weekend and you have to wait for a table. It was too noisy outside during whole the night.

The room was absolutely amazing with great view of the square from the window and surprisingly quiet. The location was just perfect. The staff were incredibly polite as well.

Unfortunately, although I booked a 4-star hotel, the room we received felt closer to a 3-star standard. When I asked at reception, I was told that the hotel has both 4-star and 3-star rooms. This should be made clear before booking, as guests expect the room quality to match the advertised hotel rating. The staff were polite, but the overall experience was disappointing.

Our room had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and everything for a relaxing stay . It was well-maintained and perfect for both short and extended visits. Another great perk was the possibility of leaving our luggage after check-out, which gave us the freedom to explore the city further without hassle . Overall, Korona Gold delivers comfort, convenience, and excellent service, making it a top pick for travelers to Wrocław.

Excellent location with spectacular panoramic view of the Market Square and Old Historic Town Hall right outside your windows. Recommend Room #126 No coffee maker.

location, friendly staff, nice city view hand soap dispenser - very inconvenient and terrible design, not user friendly. Only 1 usable towel hanger, second one was right under hand dispenser which makes it useless

Conveniently located. Easy access and reasonable facilities. Sadly, the internet was very slow. Unacceptable for business purposes. Secondly, the hot water valve did not work. I did not pay for this type of hotel to take cold showers. I told that lady at the desk, but it was not attended to. Frankly, it didn't seem she cared. In general that's the overall feeling I got there - they just don't care. I would absolutely never stay there again.

Excellent location although not easy to access via vehicle during the Christmas market - we parked 800m away and walked with our luggage. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Two bottles of sparkling water were in each and coffee/tea making setup. Breakfast is excellent - large variety of cold and hot foods. Espresso machine available for specialty coffee and several types of homemade juice. WiFi was consistently good in the rooms. Rooms facing the street have a bit of street noise. Nothing a white noise app didn’t take care of. There is no shampoo provided - just liquid hand/body soap which is surprising for a 4 star hotel. The beds are comfortable but the pillows could use a refresh.
