Motel 6 Wytheville, Va

Parking was fine but as for the staff I checked in on Saturday booked a room for check out Tuesday I went out to run errands Monday when I come back all my things was taken out of my room my room was clean I go into the office to get my things they say they thought my check out was Monday anyway I got all my things back accept my portable Wifi box so I went to police station to report stolen property and they simply told me a lot of the staff are homeless drug addicts it was nothing they could really do the older lady at the front desk said she has no money it’s nothing she could do so to who ever reads this you been warned

This place is in disrepair. They have the whole upper level closed off. I guess they are going to repair and fix it. People hanging outside there rooms smoking and sitting till late at night. Room next to me have 3 German Shepherd dogs and 4 adults and 1 child make noise. I left after 2 nights of no sleep. This is the worst MOTEL 6 I have ever stayed in.What you see in the travel website is not what you are going to see. Bull Doze the place down and start over.

They don't use this app so I couldn't check in.

The motel was sold out upon arrival and it was a hassle to not be charged for a room we never received. The motel is in horrible condition and that's just seeing it from the outside. Would absolutely not recommend even considering it as an option.

I had a reservation a week in advance and when I got there there was room they sold my room for more money.

We reserved the room and drove for hours just to see an empty parking lot and them saying oh well we are full you need to get a refund then acted strange when I sat there and waited for my confirmation that my refund was on its way

Property was closed. Note on door to contact who you booked through for a refund. Don't waste your time trying to stay here.

The location to the highway was nice. We booked a king room and when we got to the property the hotel was only about 25% full by looking at the cars in the parking lot and they told us that we were getting their last king room and when we got to the room it was two full beds. The entire room smelled like mold, the blankets had holes in them the bathroom was disgusting.

We stayed one night with a dog, reserving a 2 queen bed room. We opened the room door to an overwhelming smell, which they said was Pine Sol. The room did not have queen beds, but has 2 double beds. We asked for another room and received a king bed room at same price. The smell was a bit more tolerable. Room needs a makeover but it was clean and quiet. We asked & received extra pillows and blankets as the pillows were extremely soft and only sheets were provided. The temperature in the room was uncontrollable with either AC too cold or heat too warm. Manager Loretta was very helpful as were her 2 employees on duty. Hotel is very basic- if you need a quiet place to rest your head, this place works.

Clean room and beds, kind staff , basic but nice. No breakfast but pets are free…. I would recommend and stay here again.

Bedding was nice/clean/comfortable, towels were available. Residents/guests talked outside on the porches in the evening but all became very quiet by 10:30 pm, which is very respectful,. Met some of the guests/tenants and all very kind, animal lovers. Had a microwave and fridge to store milk. Manager, Inder was very kind, friendly came to the office right away which is very different (better) than many hotels/motels. I can't think of anything I would like more than the good night sleep that I got.

Nothing Cat in our room when I opened door after getting the key card. Furniture was busted or falling apart. Moldy dirty bathroom. Sheets on bed were filthy. Floor was dirty. Curtains were broken. Main door had 2 locks and the door wasn’t flushed with the frame.

No top sheet,popcorn in the other bed and the sheets looked dirty. Toilet was clean. There was a yellow substance on it.

ROACHES!! Crawled all over us all night!! Stood outside for 10 minutes ringing the bell to check in and finally had to call to get someone to answer the door to check in. Room was cold all night and no blankets.

I have already filled this out Bathtub was filthy. Floors disgusting. There was NO SECURITY DEVICE ON THE DOOR. We needed an extension cord for the light. Advertisement said coffee. There wasn’t any
