We stayed at Elementa Hotel in Bodrum as a group of 7 friends, occupying four rooms booked through Booking.com. Overall, we had a very enjoyable holiday. The hotel's biggest strengths are its excellent location and beautiful views. The swimming pool is very nice, and the breakfast area has a lovely atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to start the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we raised concerns about our room, and they made an effort to assist us. These positive aspects gave the hotel a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere and contributed to a pleasant stay. Thanks Mr Amin The complimentary room upgrade offered through my Booking.com status was misleading. The "Superior Room" was actually smaller than the Deluxe Room we had originally booked. One of our friends declined the upgrade after seeing the room. I initially accepted it, assuming it would be better, but later realized it was significantly smaller. Although the hotel moved me to another room after I raised the issue, it was still smaller than the Deluxe Room and did not feel like an upgrade. The rooms are outdated and would benefit from renovation, particularly the bathrooms, which are very small and need modernisation. The blackout curtains do not block enough sunlight, so the room becomes very bright early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep. The pillows are unusually large and uncomfortable, and the air conditioning unit is positioned directly above the bed. In summer, you either sleep in a hot room or have cold air blowing directly onto your body throughout the night. The breakfast coffee policy was disappointing. Breakfast is included, but only Turkish tea and Turkish coffee are complimentary. Even a basic American coffee is charged as an extra. Charging separately for a simple breakfast coffee feels unreasonable. Guests should also be aware that the hotel has no elevator. There are no rooms at ground level, and reaching even the first level requires climbing around 20–25 steps, with many rooms requiring even more stairs. This can be challenging for guests with mobility issues, knee problems, or heavy luggage.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The pool was beautiful, very quiet, and one of the highlights of the hotel. The food from the pool menu was great, and most of the staff spoke both English and Turkish, which made communication easy. They were also very helpful in arranging a taxi for us every time we wanted to go out. The rooms include a Nespresso machine with complimentary capsules for the first night, but additional capsules cost around $5 for a pack of three. There’s also a supermarket nearby that you can easily walk to. LA few things to note: there are no elevators, so be prepared to use the stairs. The breakfast selection was quite limited, although I’m not sure if that was because it was the beginning of the season or if that’s the usual offering.

Good location Good value for money 1. Breakfast sucks, orange juice was spoiled and there are literally ZERO options. 2. Room was totally different than the pictures 3. When we were checking out the receptionist was so rude and unprofessional he claimed we took 4 water bottles and we only took 2, when we told him he kept acting as if we’re lying and claimed that they have a system that tracks when in reality they were trying just to charge us more and then it turned out we were right that we took only 2 bottles and kept acting weird that we were frustrated as if nothing happened

Not much.. dinner was nice. This hotel is very deceiving. Most staff are unhelpful. Breakfast was same and basic everyday. Rooms are very small. Rubbish location..

They serve the traditional Turkish breakfast with eggs, fresh salad, nice selection of cheeses and some bread. The view from the pool is beautiful with a nice sunset and a top view for the street. It stays 10 min far from the crowded area of Yalikavak, which is a positive point for me. Also, there are two girls from the security at the gate of the hotel that were super friendly and helpful with us to request for taxis and general information. 1. The room looks smaller/different from the pictures. 2. The staff was willing to help, but some of them need more service experience, specially on the restaurant area. Their English is not great (which I don't consider a negative thing since you are in Turkey) but you will struggle a bit with the communication, so keep that in mind and be extra patient.

Honestly it was mainly the cleaning lady who has no etiquette or manners. She knocked on our door one morning and we politely kept saying “no thank you” and then she still proceeded to barge into our room while we were in bed. So the next morning we made sure to keep the “do not disturb” sign on the door and she still knocked on our door multiple times and disturbed our sleep. Very strange behavior honestly. Another thing I would suggest is softer pillows, they’re quite puffy and big and they hurt the neck. But overall, cute hotel and good location.

The hotel is much better than the pictures posted in real life, it’s absolutely mesmerizing and the staff is super super friendly and nice. Everyone and everything was so good. The only problem was that the pillows were a bit hard and difficult to sleep with but other than that everything else was perfect.

The staffs were lovely people! ❤️ They should bring people who speaks English better to be able to communicate more (specially in the restaurant area)

The location is really good, the pool is nice. The hotel is good value for the price. However, the air conditioning in the room is bad specially at noon. In addition, the house keeping service is not satisfactory.

I would have never chosen this hotel on my own, but since the whole group was staying there, we had to book together to enjoy our time. My room was near a sewage area, and the smell was unbearable. I checked in at 11:00 pm and couldn't enter the room due to the stench, which even shocked the staff member assisting me. I had an event to attend, so I left with the promise that they would resolve the issue. When I returned at 2:00 am, I found that no other rooms were available. I had to cancel the booking through Booking.com and pay again for a lower-grade room since no suites were available. Meanwhile, they had left all the doors open, and a cat was sitting on my luggage. The service was so bad that I almost cried, and shockingly, no one could help me for the next two days, nor did anyone apologize. There was zero privacy, as the suite was directly on the main road, and the entrance was highly visible, despite the sea view being a highlight when booked. Such a disappointment.
