i loved the location, the staff, the cleanness, the beach & pool areas, the food was good, the activities, the facilities. the experience at the hotel was really amazing and beautiful, i can't wait to be back. only that the breakfast is not buffet and the wait for the service is a bit long, due to crowed.

Beach, pool, restaurant, rooms, and service were all perfect. The Turkish breakfast is a must.

The beach was quite nice and calm and had a wide selection of water sports available Our stay was far from what we expected from this hotel. During our stay, my wife’s wedding and engagement diamond rings were stolen from our room, despite being in a secure pouch inside a handbag. Not only was this an invasion of privacy from the hotel staff, but the situation was handled so poorly and the response to the incident was so slow, resulting in us having to file a police report. Their slow response and lack of urgency were unacceptable and no solution was offered from their end. On top of that, the quality of service at the beach was also disappointing. It was clear the beach staff would reserve the best sunbeds for certain guests, leaving others with fewer options, which was unfair and frustrating. In addition to all this, the room itself had an odd smell even after being attended to by cleaning staff. The smell had a faint scent of sewage , and was there for the majority of our stay. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, especially due to their lack of service and professionalism
