Excellent location to cable car and chairlifts. Free transfer to bus terminal and Chui Ropeway. Good portion of dinner with different styles on daily basis. The Onsen - bathing facilities may need to renovate.

Spacious room and beautiful view. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The food was delicious. The building is a bit old but that wasn't a problem. The room was very comfortable.

We love the meals, services, big rooms and the strategic location to Zao Sky Cable. It is quite a walk to Sanroku Ropeway but the hotel offers pick up and drop off service whenever you want, which is a total plus. Breakfast and Dinner are just marvelous. The facilities are quite old but it is clean and very traditional Japanese. The Onsen is the best in town and it's open 24 hrs.... Overall, we love it and definitely will go back. The only thing that I didn't like is some of the amenities in the room, such as no hot water thermos, very old fridge and no drinking water is available.
