The room was spacious and very comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breathtaking sunrise overlooking the lake, it was the most beautiful sunrise I’ve ever seen and something I’ll never forget. The staff were all very kind and accommodating, especially when they helped me with my luggage. I also loved the location. The hotel is directly in front of the bus stop, making it very convenient to access without having to walk far. Being right in front of the lake made the scenery even more relaxing and enjoyable. The only minor downside was the selection of complimentary bathroom amenities. Compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at, there were fewer toiletries available. They only provided the basic essentials, so I think offering a wider variety of amenities would make the stay even more comfortable for guests.

The Onsen was definitely the highlight...clean and the outside bath was beautiful!! Room was a little small but comfortable. Staff was warm and helpful. Bathroom was average and the curtains let in too much light (sunrise was very early).

Location was great. Room was small but ok. Bathroom was a bit different, you had to step up to get into bathroom? Breakfast was pretty good if you got there right away. Lake view from our room was very nice. That you had a step up to go into bathroom. In addition breakfast items were well picked over if you waited an hour after breakfast started, it was also cold. This might be due to the amount of tour buses there were every night (and morning).

We loved our room, stayed in jr suite, very large. The view of the lake was breathtaking. We were on 5th floor. We loved the onsen, it was big and had a big outdoor one as well. Everything was very clean. Loved the service of the front desk. The buffet breakfast was extensive with many options. We would stay here again. There isn’t anything that we didn’t like.

the view from room was super, we can the Fuji san closely in the bight sky day. Breakfast was varieties. We can tool the bus from Tokyo and drop off at the nearby bus stop where 300-400 m. to hotel. in front the hotel is Yamanaka lake you can walk/ run around for leisure.

The location Mt Fuji at the back and yamanaka lake in front, such a beauty. The staff was very informative they handout a map for nearby restaurants and activities. Onsen was very clean and comfortable, do not miss it!.
