The breakfast, its very cold and the food is not so delicious

Hotel is very old and carpet was dirty. Low value for money for this hotel; the room rate was definitely over-priced.

Clean, great hot spring.

Very conveniently located. Easy access to bike rental and public bus stop. Great Fuji View inside and outside the hotel!

location service

The hotel is located in a perfect spot for those who wish to stay next to the lake. It is also about 5 min walking distance from the bus stop, going to and from Tokyo or Kawaguchi. The room is wider, having a separate toilet and bathroom for the Twin room. If you arrive earlier than 15:00 or needs to contact the reception desk, there will be no one at the reception. That's frustrating if you've an issue and needs their support. However, the staff are good and can support you once you request them.

Our room was dirty and the staff wasn't really nice.

Exceptional

The assistance from one of the staff (a young lady wearing glasses) was excellent. We had difficulty understanding the bus timetables and pickup points, and the staff member made multiple phone calls on our behalf to ensure we had the correct bus. View from our room with side window facing Mt Fuji was fantastic. Hallway carpets were dirty. Breakfast was very busy due to tour groups.

Good service

There are too many tourists from the People's Republic of China, and they tend to be very loud in public hot spring baths, which makes it hard for others to relax and enjoy the experience. Some of them even enter the hot spring without showering first, showing very poor hygiene habits.

Close to the Lake. Staff were lovely. Filthy filthy filthy. The staff are lovely but the place is really dirty. From the lobby to the rooms. We didn’t dare try the onsen for hygiene concerns. Definitely rent a car if travelling in the area because if it rains especially you are quite stuck with nothing to do and a room you don’t want to spend your time in.

The parking was good and it has a nice location, short drive to Fuji speedway Over crowded in the common areas with the tour buses. The people on the tours are very loud and made a lot of noise at night.
