The whole set up was great, a real holiday vibe. I loved the separate breakfast area so that one could chat to other guests. The managers were fabulous, very friendly. The gardens were beautiful. Very peaceful. Also it was a great location for me as I just walked to local locations. N/A

The owner was excellent! I only book 1 room for my parent in laws but the owner even invited us to come hangout or even enjoy their pool and it is probably the only place with this price that offer you also a small breakfast. The place the building is jist like in the photo. It is understandable that the location is in the quiet residential area. So it is not close to an esplanade but it just 5-10 minutes drive. However the other goodside is the place is closer to tge supermarket and shopping mall.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable. The size of the room was smaller than it appears in photos. Breakfast is served in the shared kitchen, with basic cereals, milk, juice, toast, tea, and coffee. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained. This is a family oriented motel. The beach is a short drive away, as are shops, cafes, and restaurants.

Large bathroom for wheelchair access. Cute place. Single bed had a doona with cover, double bed had a doona cover and no insert. Queen bed faced the air-conditioning so was freezing while the single bed did not get a cool flow from air con. A fan would be good. No designated parking for wheelchair person, particularly if using the disability room.

Check in and out was easy, staff were friendly and relaxed environment Unfortunately it did not meet expectation of photos and is quiet deceiving. It should be marketed as 'back-packer' style accomodation

Although the accommodation provides breakfast, when we went to the breakfast area we only found two slices of bread. There was no juice, we couldn’t find any milk, and the only coffee available was instant. We weren’t expecting anything fancy, just the basics.

The Reception lady was so accommodating, very helpful and polite. Very impressive service. The self help kitchen was perfect addition.
