Breakfast quality! Even its same everyday and newrby the public transport staff bed linen & comforts are old color pale foam mattress is lontime not changed may be also. and they dont change during your stay until unless you mention, Bathroom foot mat never changed even it was wet cleaner pretend bathrom did cleaned (when you are the one who keep clean the bathroom yourself) towels not replaced. & i doibt if rooms wasnt broom since im curious to keep tiddy & clean my room bathroom slipper not provided but upon request a paper type slipprr given

The room was impressively large and spacious, providing plenty of comfort and room to relax. It was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, which made my stay even more pleasant. The location was also a major highlight—it was situated conveniently right in front of the hostel, which was perfect for me as I was visiting my cousin brother. This made it incredibly easy to go back and forth without any hassle. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff at the front desk were friendly and professional, and I was able to get to my room quickly without any unnecessary delays. Overall, the combination of the comfortable room, excellent location, and seamless check-in made for a very satisfying experience. We arrived for breakfast approximately 30 minutes before closing, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Despite still being within service hours, the buffet line was already half empty, giving the impression that it was winding down far too early. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of food labeling, which made it difficult to identify dishes—especially for guests with dietary restrictions or preferences. The French toast was particularly unpleasant in both taste and texture, and the boiled eggs were inconsistent: some were undercooked while others were overdone, all mixed together without any indication of doneness. The juice options were also very poor in quality, lacking freshness and flavor. Overall, the breakfast did not meet expectations and certainly wasn't worth the time or cost. Improvements in both food quality and organization are definitely needed.

Comfortable hotel, hot water, good location and delicious breakfasts (buffet). Everything was ok. Google maps can be misleading regarding the hotel's location.

It was quiet and good hotel. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean . Staff is very helpful. the best part is the view of Mother Armenia statue, mount Ararat and entire city view from room window. Super delicious breakfast. You can find a nearby Indian restaurant ( Flavor of India) which is very reasonable and provide very tasty food. Its 4 to 5 Km away from Republic Square but you can easily get the Buses and Cabs. Otherwise all good

I rented a family room with my family, the cleaning was good, the room was beautiful, but the springs of the beds had problems, the beds were old and the mattresses were not suitable for sleeping, the springs of the beds bothered my back.
