Everything was great , the stuff was very kind and take caring

Hotel and room are really Clean and quiet The breakfast could have been better, with more variety and a wider selection of food options. Also, the rooms do not provide tea, coffee, cups, or an electric kettle. Although guests can borrow a kettle from the kitchen, I believe each room should be equipped with basic amenities such as cups, a kettle, tea, and coffee for greater comfort and convenience.

Old facility with old rooms

The carpet desperately needs to be cleaned or replaced in our room. The towels were fraying and could stand to be replaced. Also, the arranged driver did not pick us up at the airport so we had to make other arrangements after awhile.

All stuff were perfect expect warm water in its bath

Breakfast has limited options. Maybe an isolated case, but they ran out of milk for coffee which is a basic necessity.

Easy to find. Comfortable room

The hotel worth the cost. Very nice place. There is a garden in fron of the hotel, so, the guests can have a rest there The breakfast starts at 9am. I would prefer to have it starting from 7:30 or at least 8am, so, then we could go to work on time.

Location was perfect for me, as I needed to be close to my friend. Room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Toothbrushes and slippers. Broken soap dispenser, broken toilet brush. No cotton swabs. Dirty floor. Huge stain between fridge and the bed. Shower head leaking and clogged. Strange breakfast. First morning there was buckwheat and cutlet and the next mushed potato and some broccolis. If there was an omelette-made-fresh option it’s never been said or written anywhere.

—The breakfast was exceptional due to its delicious Armenian offerings and, most importantly, because of Bella. I looked forward to seeing her each morning and exchanging ‘good mornings’ and ‘thank yous’ in Armenian and, more importantly, smiles to each other. She is very professional and welcoming! —-Anna, with her infectious smile and care and concern for others, was exceptional! She took excellent care of the room. —-Everyone working the front desk was helpful, kind, and patient. I wish I had learned everyone’s name, but I can say that Lina (spelling?) was super helpful. —-We enjoyed the size of our room (Room 208). The room was well-equipped and having so many windows was great! —-The location was ideal for us. We would not have wanted to be in the city center, due to its traffic and noises. Also, my son and his Armenian wife live a short bus ride from the hotel. Coordinating our days with them was much easier and nicer because of the location of the hotel. We also found the neighborhood and surrounding area to be very walkable—-shops, grocery stores, restaurants, church, banking services and simply taking a stroll and enjoying our surroundings. —-The hotel is beautiful from both the outside and inside. One of our favorite places was the balcony where we had tea a few times and enjoyed the view. The best part of the balcony was that we could wave and say good-night to my son and his wife each evening when they left to go home. — My husband is scheduled for a hip replacement in a few months. We appreciated that you have an elevator. —There were several stains on the room’s carpet but everything was clean and the stains did not really bother us at all. I only mention them because it will be even nicer when they are replaced someday.
