It was very clean and staff was very nice. The location is 20 minutes away from downtown but it’s a beautiful stay with a beautiful view All amenities were available and cleanliness was number 1

Location , Breakfast and staff were great. Unfortunately beds were dirty and smelled so bad. Another thing is that you don't have any room service during your staying period and for example your towels won't be changed daily.

Location is great because you can buy everything you want from 3 supersize supermarkets and also lots of restaurants are nearby.

Terrible cleanliness of the room (except for the toilet). The room stank terribly of dirty socks, the carpet was all stained and it was scary to walk on it, moreover, I hurt myself while walking on it. There was no light in the toilet, in general the room was dark because many light bulbs were missing. A rooster was crowing under the window in the morning, and considering the open windows, I had to "wake up with the rooster" because of the smell.

Staff was friendly was not as clean and "new" as it looks in the pictures. Location was not great, long walks are short taxi rides to the center.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Juliet! The staff were all kind and helpful, but I especially want to thank the lovely lady named Irina (or Iryna). She spoke perfect Persian, which truly made me feel at home—it was such a comforting surprise. I stayed in the room with a queen bed, which was spotless and very comfortable. The bathroom was perfectly clean, with great water pressure and temperature. The lighting throughout the room was excellent, and the soft light above the bed was especially soothing for sleeping. The Wi-Fi was unlimited and worked flawlessly the entire time. Irina helped me with my suitcase using the service lift, which made things so much easier. Irina’s warm hospitality and welcoming attitude truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!
